Roasted vegetables with Chimichurri

Ingredients

Thick Sliced Carrots

Potato in Chunks

Red Onion in half

Small Cabage in halfs


Preparation

Step 1


Wash, cut and prepare the vegetables while you pre heat your oven


Step 2


Put all vegetables in an oven tray, add generous amount of chimichurri and mix


Step 3


Put tray into the oven until desire doneness. Ussually about 30-40 minutes
