Wild Rocket or Lettuce

Tomato slices

Chimi-Mayo (lots of it)

Preparation

Step 1


Prepare all ingredients and have them on hand before you toast your bread.

Put some generous amount of Chimi-mayo on your bread and prepare the sandwich.
